KSI LIFE | WHEN YOU JUST FEEL BLAAAHHH


Today has been one of those days :-( and I had to fight to keep my mood in a good place! It's not the same as it used to be when my mood drops now! They're a number of things that have added to it but nothing life threatening.

The most important thing I've learned with my mental health is to lean on the Lord no matter how I'm feeling and to do something nice for myself. Most of the time this involves changing the atmosphere around me, leaving my surrounding's or creating a healthy distance from people for a short time.
